Tchanka wishes to bring honor back to his family which was stripped several generations ago.

Background

Tchanka’s grandfather was exiled from Kashyyyk and was dubbed a “madclaw” during an honor fight. His grandfather moved to Coruscant and his grandmother and father and started a machine ship in the middle poor regions. Though there is much crime in where Tchanka grew up, his family always takes the moral high ground.

Tchanka does his best to do the same. This does not make Tchanka a pushover. He can easily defend himself when needed and is not afraid to use his claws when necessary. He is very adept at moving through the “ferro-crete jungle”: whether it is by foot, bike, or rooftop. He also speaks Basic and Wookie proficiently.

Because he has grown up around his father’s machine shop, he know the in’s and out’s with machinery. Even mysterious machinery loses its mystery quickly. He was able to salvage an old speederbike and repair it to peak condition. He isn’t afraid to joyride. When he doesn’t tinker with machinery or ride his speederbike, he practices with his grandfather’s bowcaster. He has become quite the marksman with it.

Though he has had few friends, he still is loyal to those he does have and is not afraid to take a stand as well as taking the consequences for that stand.

Two quirks about his home life is that he carries his tool bandolier and belt with him. And his father and grandfather kept an ysalamari as a pet even before he was born. When one died, they would somehow get another.

He has recently joined the Imperial Republic to try to bring further honor and respect back to the Chuthra name with a slight selfish desire to see his ancestors’’ homeworld of Kashyyyk.
