The existance of Lord Kennedy is known only to select members of the Throne until recently when his lordship revealed himself to the High Council. Many are not sure what to think about his existance and wonder what he is up to or where he usually is stationed, but they are sworn to secrecy under penalty of death or sentence to life forever working in isolation from the rest of the galaxy. Lord Kennedy is a competant leader, and will take insubordination or arguments from no one. He is known to have killed or doomed the fate of officers on the spot who questioned his authority. In one battle, the Navy Chief of Staff was forever relieved of command at his sole order, and he has never been known to be countermanded by His Majesty. He has the Supreme Ruler’s full authority even higher than the Executors, and both of them have known of him and his authority for a long time. While they may not fear the High Prince, everyone fears Lord Kennedy. He is not evil, but he does not have time for bureacracy, ignorance, nor arrogance.
