Kimberly is a constant optimist, always seeing the best in situations. While wonderful for the moral of the people around her, it affects her ability to come to grips with certain inevitable events, such as heartbreak or death. Through thirty eight years of age, she is rather naïve still, believing the best in society, which can lead to her being easily used. She fairs to believe that anyone could purposely take advantage of her, and to those that don’t know her well she could be considered childish. Born to a relatively simple family on Blamorra, Kimberly grew up surrounded by love. Being the baby of her family she always seemed to be able to get away with things that the others couldn’t. Some of her extended family even felt the need to warn her parents that if they weren’t careful she would turn into nothing but a spoiled brat. But, sure enough, Kimberly proved them wrong. For as long as she could remember she had wanted nothing more then to help people. While her family managed their business and home, Kimberly was volunteering in the city, in any way imaginable. Her favorite place however, and where she spent the majority of her time, was the free clinic. It was here she learned compassion, grew a love for medicine, and realized her future career. Her parents were willing to support her, but they also always expected her to go to school on Balmorra and work on Balmorra, as they had done. Kimberly however, had different ideas.

At the age of 18, when Kimberly graduated the secondary school she had been attending, she informed her parents that she had applied and been accepted into the Imperial Academy and it was there that she would be completing her medical training. They were shocked first…then upset…and then eventually they accepted the idea. Apparently however, an empty house was something her mother couldn’t deal with, and be it on purpose or not, a year later she bore another child, a little girl named Nichole. Kimberly was stunned to hear the news, but she visited home often and quickly grew a strong bond with her baby sister.

Between school and visits home, Kimberly would often spend time on humanitarian visits, wanting to help those less fortunate. It was one such trip to Corellia which changed her life, for the better of course. She saved the life of a complete stranger, and only later discovered that this stranger was Jim Stratus, the richest man in the galaxy, who was making a strong push at the time to unit the galaxy under his idea for a New Order. While never one to pay much attention to politics, the two quickly became friends and when he offered her a position in his staff, she couldn’t find a single reason to turn it down.

She’s worked there for years, learning under some of the best doctors in the galaxy. Her friendship with Stratus grew and just recently she took the position as Health Supervisor, now in charge of overseeing the general health and well being of the High Prince and all his staff.
