Appearance and Physical Characteristics: A deep blue colour, Ica’s skin is enhanced by artifical stripes of an even duskier blue. Her bright green eyes are in contrast and stand out strikingly. She possess the usual easy grace of the Twi’lek species and for that reason she also possesses deep scars around her wrists and ankles, remnants of her time as a slave.A little taller than average, her metabolism keeps up, and she is fairly slender thanks to it. Preferring serviceable, practial clothing, the young Twi’lek is usually seen in flight suits or slightly more formal clothing depending on the situation. She is rarely seen in anything that shows much skin however, and always keeps her wrists and ankles covered, ashamed of the scars there.

Personality: Psychological scarring is inevitable when being kept by another sentient being for their profit or pleasure. Ica is no exception as she has difficulties with self-worth, anger, depression and a longer laundry list of issues. She tries too hard for affection and acceptance as well, not having had much of it in the previous years of her life. In spite of these flaws, she functions fairly well with others, and strives to fit in, keeping her history to herself.

Career/Education: Ica has unfortunately not had the chance for much education or advancement of her intellect nor has she had a career to speak of in the past.

Goals and Ambitions: The young Twi’lek simply yearns for a chance to lead a productive life under her own decisions and choices. Freedom is yawning before her, and at the moment she wants only to work toward something useful, perhaps in an area that would aid those that are in the same position she was born into.

Background: Born on Nar Shadda into slavery, Ica is the third generation on her mother’s side to have been enslaved. She is also the first to have escaped that grim fate. Her paternal parentage is unknown, as her mother would not speak of it, even to her death 5 years ago. She had been ailing for years before that, but Ica took on both of their duties allowing her mother to remain alive as long as she could hold on. After her mother’s death, and with accompanying hardship, Ica managed to gain freedom. She retreated as far as possible from her former owner, eventually settling upon the law and order of the Imperial Republic, seeking what position they would grant her, not expecting much to be offered to one of her status.
