Diandra’s history is rather unremarkable. Born on Coruscant to Drake and Marian Devin, Diandra grew up in a luxurious home, surrounded by a few faithful servants and her parents. She is an only child, and despite being given everything she could desire, she has remained rather unspoiled. Her childhood was blissfully happy and unmarred by tragedy. It was during this time, most particularly in her teen hood, that she discovered her love for the arts. It started in an art class that she was required take in her first year of finishing school. From there it progressed to other things: sculpting, painting, drawing. Diandra eventually took a course in choir in her last year of finishing school, and discovered she could sing. While it wasn’t one that would get her famous, it was pretty enough for most to listen to. She had only a few close friends throughout her child and teen hood, and even fewer boyfriends. There was only one boyfriend, also in the last year of finishing school, and his name was Arcco.
They met at a social function between their schools and hit it off beautifully. Diandra thought for sure that their relationship would be one that weathered through all time, but it was not to be apparently. Several months after being together, right before graduation, the boy broke it off with her, claiming that Diandra was stuck up and cold. She never quite got over it, and to the day she is wary of men her own age. Men who have tried to make advances on her have been rebuffed with a laugh and a snarky comment.
Her parents shielded her from the world as best as they could, though, so most sights and sounds are rather new to her. She manages not to look as bewildered as she often feels, but due to how sheltered she is, she is a rather curious woman. She does not ask questions often and prefers to find out the answers on her own through reading or exploration, if she can manage it.
Diandra has remained in her parents’ home and still lives there today when she is on Coruscant. She can otherwise be seen at His Majesty’s side, a position that was obtained for her through her father. (This was okay’ed by Stratus.)
