Background: Born to a supportive family, Alice was raised to believe in the innate goodness of the galaxy. Her parents stressed the importance of responsibility, and the value of law. Avis and Emory were killed in the struggle, leaving Tyron crippled and Alice a shadow of the carefree child she had once been. Despite her attempts to come to terms with the incident, her faith shattered one year later when her father died of his injuries. Following the death of her brother-in-law, Verity opened her home to Alice, and the two came to share a deep bond. Her aunt supported her through school, and continues to support her career in the Senate.
