Abbreviation: IRBS

This award shall be presented to an Imperial Republic who has given service that has promoted the goals, mission, and strength of the Imperial Republic. This service is above that required of a Letter of Commendation, and has affected and improved the standards in more than one division or organization within the Imperial Republic.
